Thanks for joining us and JQBXing some tunes during these trying times! Tonight we’re encouraging folks to learn about and donate to Measure J! There are a number of incredibly important measure on the ballot in Los Angeles, among them Measure J, that would in essence funnel a significant amount of money towards alternatives to incarceration, including job training, rent assistance, mental health services, and substance abuse training. It is also money that cannot be funneled back to the LA Sheriff Department, the courts, or the district attorney’s office, which is good!
